			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><P>EclipseCon, the premier technical and user conference focusing on the power of the Eclipse platform is underway this week in Santa Clara.</P> <P>Myself, Karl and Helen gave a talk on JBuilder, Mylar and XPlanner.
