I received a wonderful suprise in the mail after I returned from all my travels (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Washington DC). Opening up a package, I found a copy of Marco Cantu’s "Delphi 2007 Handbook".
The 258 page, perfect bound paperback book, was self published via the LuLu.com web site. The handbook, written during June-September 2007, focuses on solutions for experienced Delphi developers. Marco’s previous Delphi books (8 editions of "Mastering Delphi") covered a wide spectrum of programming education for beginners and masters.
| The short description for the book on LuLu.com says:
The guide to what’s new in Delphi 2007 for Win32, from the best-selling author of the Mastering Delphi series. Source code and more information on http://www.marcocantu.com/dh2007. The book covers changes in the CodeGear product, focusing on new features of the Delphi IDE, the Object Pascal languages, the RTL and VCL, the Vista support, the dbExpress architecture, and much more. [The first edition is "Revision2" for Lulu.] |
