I arrived yesterday in Buenos Aires for a Friday seminar with our community of developers here in Argentina. There are many passionate CodeGear developers here. Buenos Aires and Argentina are known for other passions, besides programming. Tango, Rugby, Beef, Polo, Wine, and Football (soccer to some of you) are some of the passions in addition to software development with CodeGear products.
I’m writing this in the offices of out partner in Argentina, UniSolutions. We are meeting with customers this week and getting ready for the seminar that takes place tomorrow. Andreano Lanusse and Anders Ohlsson are also here to take part in the technical presentations.
The seminar will cover: CodeGear’s strategic vision, harnessing the power of 3rdRail, overview of RAD Studio 2007, constructing web applications with RAD Studio 2007 ASP.NET 2.0 and Ajax, database development with dbExpress 4, using the new BlackFish SQL database engine with Delphi, developing applications with ECO IV and VCL.NET.
