I've been searching all the major job boards for the SF Bay Area now for over 6 months, sure there are quite a few postings... but if you look closely most are actually for the same job just listed by a different "consulting" firms. The companies I've been able to speak to their Delphi work goes only as far as migrating over to C#. I haven't came a cross one company in the Bay Area that is planning new development with Delphi, it's mainly migration and maintenance until migrated.

If available, I'd be interested to see what companies out there are using Delphi... does such a list exist?

I have too much Delphi work. I just turned down a contract for Delphi work because I'm overloaded.

Also, keep an eye on jobs posted in the jobs newsgroup. DelphiWorld just posted a bunch of jobs.

http://groups.google.com/group/borland.public.delphi.jobs/topics
