Day 2 started off wonderfully and then there was an audio outage on our own streaming servers. The Interwise servers are working well on video and audio (with just a few audio anomalies). On our servers, we are encoding the streams using Windows Media Encoder version 9. The video setting is Screen Capture at 3,5 or 10 frames per second. The audio setting is FM quality. With the demand of the streams/customers and also the screen capture codec we are following the guidance from Microsoft. There may be a combination of better video and audio cards for Windows Media Encoder to to its work.
Meanwhile, the sessions are continuing with more developers listening and watching that Monday. I can’t wait to see how the attendence will keep growing in the remaining three days. More than 2000 developers have registered and attended the sessions.
To help everyone, we have also put the previous days session captures on a download server for “after CodeRage hours“ access. In case you missed those sessions, you can download them overnight while you sleep and get ready for the next day of new sessions. Getting you the replays sooner will help you see key sessions that will help you make the purchase decision and take advantage of the CodeRage attendee special discount before it expires on Friday night.
Join in the fun.
