Delphi 2006 wins PC World/Russia’s Best Product 2006 in the Developers Tool category…

Delphi 2006 received the "Best Product 2006" awards of PC World/Russia in "Developers’ tool" category (the Readers Choice award). This is the 10th award in a row for Delphi to win the award. Starting with Delphi 3, which received "Best Product" in 1997, Delphi has been on the top every year.

    Cool. But, where is Delphi 2007? Where is the promisses? We can´t wait too long to use .NET 2.0. That´s this huge delay that Delphi is losting space to C# and other Languages. We programmers need respect form Borland/Codegear. Two years late of Visual Studio? Nobody deserves that. Please, give us a oficial position of CODEGEAR plans, because if the delay continues, we need to migrate to other tools that respect us.

    Since the invites are going out to test highlander I’m assuming it can’t be that long. I’ve signed up, no word as to when the download will be available though…
