JBuilder news at (and after) JavaOne 2006…

JavaOne 2006 ended last Friday. The Developer Tools Group booth was busy with developers asking about the future of JBuilder. Last week we put out a press release unveiling a three year roadmap for JBuilder, the availability of JBuilder 2006 Foundation Edition (free download for personal and professional use), and the preview of JBuilder "Peloton". A number of press meetings took place at the conference. I have included a few of the many articles that have appeared during and after the show.

    Hello David

Is the JBuilder foundation as a download a future trend for other products. I hope so, because the one thing that got to me was the "now you see it now you don’t" game of cat and mouse people have had to play to get "Personal editions" on cover CDs.

As I have just started fiddling with Java I have found the Foundation version being downloadable really handy. :)
