Back in October I first read BusinessWeek Online’s interview with Steve Jobs in their Voices of the Innovators series of articles. The title of the interview article is "The Seed of Apple’s Innovation". I enjoyed reading about Jobs focusing on important projects, "saying no to 1,000 things so as to concentrate on the really important" creations". When asked how to "systematize innovation" he said "The system is that there is no system." He goes on the remind readers that Apple is a very discplined company and has great processes.
