Bye, bye WinFS…

You have probably heard by now: WinFS is dead. Finally. Good riddance. It was vague, complex, and offered no clear value. I have been keeping half an eye on it since ObjectSpaces was killed^H^H^H^H^H^Hmerged into it. It now appears that the jinx has moved on to the Entity Data Model, a new ADO.Net feature.
